I will typically post this pretty early, because we agents have the rookie draft before the trade deadline, here each GM and agent will post their tier listing for rookies using this format

here you will decide the best players in each draft, the top tier is usually the top 3 players in every draft and it gradually gets worse the further you go down the list (obviously). The first tier gets 5 votes counted for them, 2nd is 4, 3rd is 3, 4th is 2 and 5th is 1.
This will be used for agents as a way to limit player complaints against some of the top players, each agent only gets 1 "complaint", players in the 1st 3 tiers can only get 1 complaint total, and the bottom two get two (because there's 7 agents). Agents will make their complaint and will hurt the players potential to a certain degree (see the rookie complaints thread for more info). The agent who owns the said player can make a compelling argument as to why what the other agent saying is wrong, then the potential doesn't go down, if they don't make a compelling enough argument, the potential goes down (I will decide that).
