I'm going to say if your going to do this then it has to be the same for the Raptors as well, that 2nd year should be a PO no matter what team he goes to.

this should be PO to the signing team, which is, a PO only if the player gets traded
and its RFA so u cant just set to a particular city

and i WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY MORE OFFER SHEET to ERSAN?

This is called a poison pill contract. The NBA has eliminated these. The PO should be available for Bucks but ONLY if he is traded because that is the offer sheet he signed. Otherwise that second year should be guaranteed for Milwaukeee if he decides to match

lol.. and this agent never give chance to any other gm to sign ersan, every gm should have 1 day to offer ersan an offer sheet fa just started for 40min and this agent already closed the door, obviously not the best agent around |

This isn't the NBA sheddy. I told PA my intentions and he never complained, neither did stache who checks on Agents. If the contract isn't acceptable as I first posted, I was not told otherwise.
