Here are my PO seeds (instead of tiers):
East:
1 - Indiana Pacers
wtf no HEAT?. Nope. Indy have much deeper squad which is pretty important in RS (we saw lebronless heat last year).
2 - Miami Heat
no doubt number 1 without injuries, but it's hard to avoid them in the long RS. Even as 2nd seed they should be able to get to the finals.
3 - Bucks
Lack of GM is their only real weakness
4 - Philadelphia 76ers
very solid all around team with 1 superstar - should be enough for 4th spot
5 - Brooklyn Nets
another solid all around team with very good point guard (most important position in this game imho). They lack a little bit in offence though
6 - Toronto Raptors
My team is probably one of the best (honestly I think only OKC is better in that aspect) offensive teams in the league. On the other hand defence is pretty sad (still i believe i can outscore every one!
)
7 - Chicago Bulls
"How to destroy a contender in one offseason" by bulls GM! Still Rose will carry them into playoffs
8 - Atlanta Hawks/Boston Celtics
both are nice teams, but both hace same issue - number of their important players are quite old. We'll see which one of them will be hit harder by camps.
West:
1 - Oklahoma City Thunder
Don't have to say anything :>
2 - Memphis Grizzlies
Don't have that much depth in roster, but Chris Paul & Marc Gasol is the best small/big duo in the league (even better than Westbrook/DMC)
3 - Minnesota Timberwolves
This team is greatly balanced. Good players on each position (C is their weakest link)
4 - Phoenix Suns
Another great team. With some luck then can be even 2nd in conference.
BIIIIIIIG GAP
5 - Golden State Warriors
nice team, but I can't see them being any higher.
6 - Houston Rockets
This FA winners, but the age of Zach, Kobe and Richard J can be a problem after camps
7 - San Antonio Spurs
I don't like their trades at all, still should be able to reach PO in the weak weak west
8 - Denver Nuggets
Wouldn't be able to reach PO on east, but on the west...
sooo to summarize this stuff:
East is much stronger - 9 teams are able to do PO run with ease
On the west there is big for (i can't see a situation where other team than OKC, GRIZZ, T-Wolves and PHX are getting HCA in PO) and that's it.
Still I would say the final will be OKC vs Heat (or Pacers) then OKC taking it all.
Sorry for my bad english
