If this goes through, half the league will quit I bet. If people quit because of a trade then they shouldn't be in a sim league anyways...half the reason I do this stuff is to learn. Its supposed to be fun. I hate when people bitch about trades... juvenile shit When the trade isn't fair, something has to be fishy going on here. None of what you are offering will amount to being close to DeMarcus Cousins. Then to add in Tyreke? Might as well rig it right? Ships already yours based off this shitty ass trade. |

there's no rejecting trades in this league no matter how bad it is, to me if two GM's agree to a trade that means both are confident that doing that said trade is the best way to go, if that's what they want I don't see why I need to intervene even if it's unfair to the rest of the league.
So if a person quits because of a trade then that's their decision, but that tells me they aren't up to the potential competition.
And for the record, the Grizzlies had a good rebuild despite the Gasol trade and if their ownership paid a little more money this season, Grizzlies might have been able to get to the 2nd round.

Says the kid who has never won in a league. I used to be in USBL and RSSB with multiple people in this league and guess who won championship 3 years in a row? This guy. Why don't you go run your own team? You have enough to worry about in Minnesota anyways

People don't like when a commish lets a terrible trade like this go through. meh, like I just said in the SB, if any agent is doing their job correctly, Cousins won't like being a third option and given that he is young and a potential max player, it wouldn't look good if he's averaging 12 points a game. Since agents will be money driven, it's the smart move IMO. If that doesn't happen then oh well, but a good looking team on paper doesn't mean championships or dynasties, for one teams filled with young players don't win rings often. |
