Pacers Get: Joe Johnson
                  Kirk Hinrich
                  Jannero Pargo



Hawks agreed to do this trade....Yes we are getting major salary relief by dumping 2 solid players in joe johnson and kirk hinrirk as well as getting some pieces to help fill the void...I think this is a trade that helps both teams..this deal gets me under the cap as well and financially stable..

accept takin on ALOT of salary but getting a damn competitive team in the process. Needed a SG badly and JJ fills the void. We will see what happens with Hinrich & Pargo but did what it took to get a deal done. good dealing

LOL why would this make any sense. Theres some pretty dumb GM's here. Gets a SG with no defense, and two more declining PG's for a great scoring PF, good defensive SG, and a rising PG... pretty dumb for Pacers.

This kinda stuff is exactly why the only people that should be posting in the trade thread are the two ends of the deal and the commissioner. Adding smartmouth crap to the end of this stuff accomplishes nothing. That's what the shoutbox is for.
