Here I will update, periodically, player thoughts on rumors and where they stand with their current situation. Playing time, morale, chemistry, money, stats, etc. all come into play. For now, we have the following:


Eric Gordon: "I do not want to be traded from the Pelicans. This is my home now and I want to remain here for as long as I possibly can. If I am dealt, I wouldn't mind heading back to California or the Phoenix Suns or to the Bulls/Pacers."

Dirk Nowitzki: "I love Dallas and do not wish to leave until I bring a championship to this wonderful city."

Blake Griffin: "Feels great to be back home. Do have to say I am disappointed I was traded from Los Angeles though."

Eric Bledsoe: "Man, I thought I was going to have a chance to start in Memphis, but I'm glad I have Paul tutoring me yet again. The guy is a genius."

Brook Lopez: "Our owner has made a great move locking Deron up. He has let me know of some other moves they are trying to make. If they complete it, I see no reason why Brooklyn can't be in the finals in its inaugural season."

Ramon Sessions: "I was hoping I would be able to remain in Cleveland. Have to say, I am not looking forward to playing in Minnesota."

Goran Dragic: "I am a point guard, not a shooting guard. If the Rockets keep playing me at the off guard position, I will not be happy and hope to find a solution."

Greg Smith: "I'll be a starter by next season, book it."

Patrick Mills: "I've been told that I have a chance to start, have to say, it feels good. I do feel that I am a superior player to Kemba and do believe I deserve it."

Andre Miller: "Back in Cleveland, back in the lottery. Hope Wilt makes some moves or lets me move."

Gilbert Arenas: "Indiana won't regret letting me back in the association. Time to show off the Hibachi."

Brandon Roy: "My knees feel great. Shoot arounds have been amazing."

Brook Lopez: "Defining year of my career."

Kenyon Martin: "Back home in Denver, feels good. Just wish that Dwightmare would be over."

Post Pre-Season Thoughts:

Brook Lopez: "We had a solid showing considering the new additions. Me and Timmy still need to develop more chemistry together."

Brandon Roy: "Didn't play as well as I wanted too, but the key is, I feel better and in shape now."

Al-Farouq Aminu: "I want to play, man. I just want to play. Best way to develop is by getting on the court."

Goran Dragic: "Warming up to this off guard idea, but still would prefer to be the point."

Gilbert Arenas: "I believe I have shown I deserve more time on the court."

Jason Kidd: "I'm gassed. Might need some time off."

Dirk Nowitzki: "Just ant to win man, just want to win."

Malcolm Lee: "Just want to see some playing time."

Patty Mills: "Want to stay in Denver."

Brook Lopez: "Duncan is a legend, no doubt, but I love this trade. I feel I'm more suited to be a Center and Millsap will be a perfect fit next to me."

Damion Lillard: I'm glad the draft is finally over, though I do not understand why Washington drafted me with John Wall already on their roster.

Perry Jones: Excited to be drafted by the Hawks, will definitely be looking forward to meeting my team."

Al-Farouq Aminu: I hope the Pelicans look to deal me this summer.

Gilbert Arenas: I'm happy with my time in Boston but would like a chance to win. Tutoring all of these young guys is fine and I'm willing to stick it out here but if a team does trade for me and wants to win, I would be willing to either opt out or opt in next year to help the deal be completed.

Greg Smith: I am Greg Smith and that is all you need to know.


Patrick Mills: I feel I'm better than Walker and should be starting. Not happy in Denver, at all.
