only agents can post in here, players can demand whatever they want during the offseason in here, however, if players demand too much and they don't sign with a team they risk going overseas after 5 days of FA is done and the agent doesn't make any money from the player.
Players demands can be the following
Money/Years Role Other incentives (such as a NTC,Player Option etc)

CP3 has told me that he thinks he deserves a max contract like Lebron or KD and he wants it to be at least 5 years at a 10% raise per year or a 12.5% raise in LAC(birds) and that he wouldn't mind staying in LAC as long as the team is improved around the backcourt. He said he'd prefer to be the #1 option on the team but he doesn't mind being the #2 option if there's another star on the team like Blake Griffin for example. He wants a No trade clause, because he doesn't want to have the risk of being traded at any time without him knowing.

Kevin Love has made it clear to me that he likes being the face of the Spurs and he is happy about the direction the Spurs are headed. Given that he will be a restricted free agent this year, he would be willing to stay in San Antonio, but wants to test the market first for his value. Love would like to see the Spurs get younger in the backcourt and is aware that the Spurs are working towards that. Love will not accept anything lower then the max this offseason, any teams that won't give him the max should go look elsewhere. He also has told me that he still wants some flexibility in his deal later on in his career, so as his agent I'm asking that his last two years are player options.

my client Kemba Walkers was very fortunate not to be locked into a rookie contract by joining the Bobcats who have recently folded, and he wants to really bank on that fortune. My client is asking for 7 million dollars at the minimum and he wants a four year deal like his fellow peers. The last 2 years of his deal must have a player option for him to accept. He is willing to accept a 9 million per year deal with 2 team options in his last 2 years as well. NTC is nice to, although that part isn't a deal breaker.

my client Mayo has 0 interest in signing an extension with the Grizzlies or any other team this season and wants to test the free agent market. He thinks he could play at a max level this upcoming season with the Grizzlies now that both Zach Randolph and Rudy Gay are gone, but also knows that he could be traded this season to another team. If it so happens that Mayo doesn't play at a max level he will settle for near max, however he's not signing for less then 11 million a year. If any team wants him this offseason, just know he won't be happy playing third fiddle like he did with Randolph and Gay.

Free Agent Wilson Chandler
Money/Years: Minimum of 5 mill but doesn't mean that's enough to make him auto-sign. Would like 2 years, understands hiatus in China has people worried about his game. Role: Must get 20+ minutes a game and if producing, will expect to be rewarded for his play with a bigger role within the team. Other incentives: No NTC needed, if there is a 3rd year, would like it to be a Player Option. If money is right, could allow the 3rd to be a team option.
Wilson Chandler doesn't have to win right away, is young enough to be apart of a building team. Either way, he wants to be apart of what is considered the core group. Won't settle for less than 20 minutes a game and could become quite unhappy if he isn't given it. Despite beingthe first free agent on the market, and likely the best, he understands his biggest payday is yet to come.

Free Agent Andrei Kirilenko
Money/Years: 4.5 Million Min. Role: Starter at either SF/PF or back-up both positions while getting 20+ MPG. Other Incentives: Player Options each year would be nice. Could take a team option for more money.
Andrei Kirilenko is not only the best defender in Free Agency but one of the best in the game. He doesn't expect really big money but still wants to be rewarded for doing the dirty work night in and night out. Absolute team player and would love to go to a team that is ready to win. After coming back from overseas where he fared quite well, he's again ready to prove his worth in the NBA.

Free Agent JR Smith
Money/Years: 6 Million Ball Park, Multi Year Deal Role: 6th Man or Starter Other Incentives: None needed if fairly compensated.
JR Smith is ready to prove he is a team player and promises his sister won't be starting any trouble at any of his games. As the best shooter in free agency and quite possibly the best athlete, he told me to let everyone know he is determined to succeed on both ends of the floor and be coached. Would like to play for a team with a strong front office and for a coach who isn't leaving the team. Wants to be on a playoff roster.

Free Agent: Boris Diaw (Boris Diaw PF 6'8'' 215 27 B- B- B- B- C+ B)
Money/Years: Wants three year guarantee, no less than $2,500,000 annually. Role: Starter, no lesser than first big off bench (7th man). Other Incentives: Will be willing to take a one year deal if its a good amount on a team that is looking for vets to teach the younger guys, or a one year deal to win a ring.
Diaw is one of the leagues most versatile big men with his passing prowess but can also score off the dribble or hit the open shot. His post game isn't lacking either as he can back down to score or dish. Not a great rebounder for his position/size, but doesn't mean he doesn't grab the boards. The French National is looking for the right opportunity.

Free Agent: Money/Years: Wants a One Year Deal Role: Sixth Man Incentive: Returning back home to California would be ideal, otherwise, a warm climate works as well. After the issues with the Wizards, Arenas is looking to show he still can be a 20 point scorer in the league so he can lock himself on a nice final contract. Playing time wins out for contending for Agent Hibachi as well.

Years/Money: Wants $1,000,000 to start for a three year contract with year three being a player option. Role: Backup Center. Incentive: Veteran leader ahead of him.
Smith was a stud at Fresno State and is a fluid, athletic big man that can also pound in the post.

Corey Maggette is the best inside scorer in this free agency and would like to get atleast a 6 million dollar deal for 2 years, he's ok with adding on a TO on the third year if a team wants to give it to him. He would prefer to go to a contender and in that scenario wouldn't mind coming off the bench. But if a young team wants to sign him, that's fine to, he just wants to start for that team.
