If you would rather be doing something in the league instead of waiting around, I would encourage you to be an agent, all agent spots will be filled before GM spots.

keep in mind however, that you will likely get scraps for your agency if you start a completely new one, if your taking over for a former agent, then you don't have to worry about scraps
