not liking the recruiting turn out atm, part of it maybe my fault, but regardless I don't want to spend weeks trying to fill the league up, the longer it takes to recruit the more distant people will be from the league.
So from here on it if you recruit someone you will get 3 million if they decide to be a GM 5 million if they decide to be an agent, if we get 16 agents before we get 29 GM's I will bump it up to 5 million, my reasoning for that is because we need as many agents as we can get so there's less of a burden on myself and anyone else who wants to be an agent. Agents must wait until they become GM's to claim this money and will not factor into how much money you receive season to season (only player salaries determine that). When you do become a GM though, you won't have to give 50% of what you earn from recruiting to the league (like you would for player salaries).
Having money is essential to the league as being to far in debt will ultimately get you fired. So it's a good idea to gain as much money as possible. I will keep trying to recruit as well
