This will be open once the agent draft is over
With the tiers that both agents and GM's help put together (which will be posted on here) agents will use that for player complaints, when an agent wants to make a complaint against someone else's rookie client they can post here about a paragraph about why that player won't reach his potential/won't do well in the NBA/should drop in the draft etc etc. Agents are really trying to convince me that the players potential should go down, but ultimately, they need to be convincing enough for GM's to believe that player should not pick that player. Since this is the first season we're doing this, you can't give a player more then -5 potential. But, if your convincing enough and it goes through, you can do -10 potential next year and if your successful again -20 (once you do 20, it starts back to -5 again).
Now, what the agent could be saying could be completely false, this gives the agent of their own rookie the chance to save that player from falling to far in the draft and possibly even exceed that players potential (yes I'm giving that option up to +5, but it won't exceed the set max I have set for potentials). Agents can post another paragraph about why what the agent is saying is completely false. Again, your trying to convince GM's that what the agent is saying is completely false, but I decide whether or not your convincing enough.
In the case for myself, I will post my arguement, and will need atleast 2 pm's telling me that my arguement is convincing enough, if I don't get them, my players potentials go down. If I do get them however, then they don't. If I get 4 pm's, I can then raise my own players potentials to +5 (and I will definitely post proof of this, no worries there).
Again, there can only be 1 complaint for tier 1 and 2, 2 for tier 3,4,5 (now that we have 8 agents), this will be a first come first serve thing, if you miss out then you will have to do the next tier. Agents don't have to do this, but if a team drafts a player they feel they can move a few spots up by doing this, then it's worth doing.
here are the tiers
Tier 1
Anthony Davis - Damian Lillard - Andre Drummond
Tier 2
MKG - Harrison Barnes - Jeremy Lamb - Bradley Beal - Dion Waiters
Tier 3
Royce White - Thomas Robinson - Terrence Ross - Kendall Marshall - Jared Sullinger
Tier 4
Perry Jones - Moe Harkless - Andrew Nicholson - Austin Rivers - Doron Lamb - Fab Melo - John Jenkins
Tier 5
Terrence Jones - Scott Machado - Marquis Teague - Kris Joseph -Quincy Acy -Casper Ware -Tony Wroten jr.
