I accept I wanted to get rid of frye and i pick up a 1st. if the pick is in the top 5 in 2013 then it rolls over to an unprotectd 1st in whatever the next year the nets have a first is

deal can't be done, because a team needs a free pick the next year if they are going to protect, if you want to protect a pick it will have to be in 2016 (because you don't have your 2014 first)
you would be allowed to do this if you had your 2014 1st

if i somehow finish in top 5 we agreed it would jump straight to 2016 instead of 2014 and 2015 (i have 2 2013 picks so that works for that)
