Approve. While I am not aware exactly how much Kris was offered, it is obvious that he would get around 20+ minutes on the defending champs in the worse case scenario. Making 1.2 Million and having the chance to showcase himself on that roster could be a very good career move!

LLE for Humphries is terrible signed to little money I say if he is to sign with someone the least he could/ should go go for is MLE. Plus I think Bucks offered more or something like that.

While it's nice to try and win championships for your client, it's also about putting that said player in the best position possible to not only make money but get playing time, in both instances this is not the case as at the very least, Kris is worth the MLE (although, I would still argue he is worth more) he's also likely coming off the bench behind Faired and Bosh. Kris was the best rebounder in FA this year (minus Howard, who signed after an hour anyways) and averaged a double-double last year. He's also 27 and is no where close to the tail end of his career. There are too many reasons for this to not go through.

If the Heat were the only team in the league and won championships every year, this signning would be fine, obviously there's 28 other teams, so if the Heat don't win a championship this year, Kris gets royally screwed.
