for players that have been cut you can bid here, remember that whatever you bid means that your offering to pay that much of the contract and you definitely don't want the same burden that the previous GM might have faced with that player if not for the amnesty cut so be smart about it.

Just so we have something going, I will post this now you must have cap space to bid on the player and you cannot exceed your cap space. Also GM's that previously amnestied a player cannot bid on the same player.

This will be a 24 hour thing from the first bid, once the 24 hours are up that player goes to the highest bidder.

I will also leave contracts on teams payroll until FA starts (or if the team needs the cap space for a trade) once it starts all amnestied salaries will be here.
