no love for the nets, though my vote would be for the raptors, thunder and heat needed to do 0 work so anything they added didn't do anything but shame the rest of the league

Philly did the best job for me no doubt. He made vast improvements, and I really liked what he did

76ers did Acquire Ersan... smart move.
Heat however turned sure Luxury Tax into a team just as good, if not better, than before.
Does money saved, etc. factor in for yall?

Maybe the Thunder's 118 million without being in tax should be factored in then? Ehh ^^^ haha

it should play apart yes since GM's need to manage their $$'s well as well
btw, the Heat have never been over the tax in this league
